  First off I want to say xcellent blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  I wwas curious to know how you center yourself and clear your
  mind before writing. I've had a tough time clearing mmy thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
  I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be
  lost simplly juyst trying tto figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

  Today, I went to the beach with myy children. I foud
  a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to heer ear and screamed.
  
  There was a hermit crab inside aand it pinched her ear.
  She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely
  off topic but I had to tell someone!
