  I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get set
  up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?
  I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% sure. Any suggestions or advice

  First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to
  ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
  clear your mind before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  
  I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15
  minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time
  a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service?
